WordPress Design - Palm Trees In The Ghetto ~ Lisa Sabin-Wilson

This afternoon, we completed Tyrone’s new blog design at Palm Trees In The Ghetto. Tryone has a blog installed with Movable Type, and he first emailed E.Webscapes with the following request:

“Basically I’m looking for a contemporary, stylish, yet organic feel for the blog. ,,, I think our blog title (based on an original song we created) is just loaded with design potential. We love the Pineapple’s Post blog design [another design by myself at E.Webscapes] and are visualizing something along those lines.”

Well the final result was something Tyrone loved! In his exact words:

I’ve looked at the sample. My wife has looked at the sample. And six friends of mine looked at the sample. We all said the exact same thing: WOW!

You have basically captured the essence of the song I helped write with the same title. I love the mood of it. Not quite dark and not quite light. Like a sunset filtering through the windows of some rundown building.
