Your request has been sent and a new project ticket has been created just for you in our Client Desk. You should be receiving an email confirmation of that project ticket, along with a link for you to visit to check the status of your ticket. Our Asst. Project Manager, Lindsey, will begin processing your request — however, due to the volume of requests for our services, please allow us 48-72 hours to process new orders. Once your order has been processed, Lindsey will update your project ticket and you will receive an email notification that your project has been updated. Our Client Desk will then serve as your project management tool where you will continue to communicate with your designer throughout every phase of your project.
