Thank you for placing your order with E.Webscapes – we’re looking forward to working with you. Your project ticket in our Client Desk will be the main method of communication between you and our team – we will provide project updates and share files with you in that ticket. If you have any questions at all, you can update your ticket and we will be notified and will respond to you right way.

A few important things to keep in mind:

• Once your order is paid, your project is placed in our active queue and the clock starts ticking on the time line you were quoted.
• We will develop the graphic/visual design portion of your site design first, and will then look for your approval on it before we proceed with building the different templates that make up the entire theme.
• We will build your site in our own staging environment. When it’s ready, we will share the secure URL with you so that you can load your design in a browser window and view it in an interactive environment.
• The final phase of the project includes installing and configuring the theme on your site; this also includes any software, plugin or script installation and configuration, as well.

We like to keep ‘normal’ working hours as much as possible, so you may not receive updates on your projects over the weekend hours; unless your designer has informed you otherwise.
