Using that image - I created a nice, two column WordPress design in red, white and blue:

Keeping with the red, white and blue theme of the image she sent over - I modified that image just a bit to incorporate it into perfect header for her new design. The design has a touch of the old fashioned ‘Americana’ feeling, coupled with some modern design elements to give the design a very unique, and individual look and feel.
