The National Blog of Reconciliation is a site started by our client, Chris Hayes. The site is unique in that it’s not really a blog, in the traditional sense – rather, he has set it up with an invite to visitors to submit thoughtful essays about how people can come together and move forward in the world of politics. . .

We completed his design in a stunning red, white and blue color scheme, with a variation of stars n’ stripes thrown in for good measure. She created a layout that is in 2-column format that displays the essays on one side of the site, with site meta information on the other side; including Site Registration, E-mail Subscriptions, RSS Feeds, a listing of Site information and categories, tags and links to past essays.

The layout creates a very easy interface for site visitors to register as a new user and then post their essay to the site, once the site administrator reviews and approves the post, it is the made visible on the site, itself under the ‘Essays’ category.
