Please pardon some sudden interruptions in service that have been going on around here at E.Webscapes over the past week or two. We have experienced some sudden changes that were quite unexpected that caused us to take a short break to re-organize and make some behind-the-scenes administrative changes…. I will talk more on that a bit later next week when we have everything back into place. In the meantime, I have quite a bit on my plate right now, but my main priorities include:

• Completing the clients who currently have active orders in our queue
• Continue to meet my deadlines the the “WordPress for Dummies” book project - I’m almost 50% done with!
• Address support issues from past design clients who have written in with new requests for their site
• Re-opening of the order form and begin taking on new projects by mid-March

With the addition of our Client Desk we experienced some unexpected difficuties and glitches with our e-mail system, as it relates to the Client Desk. We now have those issues resolved and are backtracking to catch up. I know some of you are very patiently awaiting a response and I want you to know that I’m working as quickly as I can to get things caught up to get things back to business as usual around here!

I appreciate your patience VERY much - I have not forgotten, and a *few* of you (who have been waiting just a bit longer than normal) have something special waiting in the wings, just for you - and more details on that will be forwarded to you via email just as soon as I dig out from underneath. Things should be completely back to normal within the week!
