Exciting things brewing ~ Lisa Sabin-Wilson

Officially - I am not really in the office today. That’s the official statement - - it IS a holiday weekend, and all that. Which reminds me to wish everyone of you a very happy Black Friday, and I hope that everyone’s Thanksgiving holiday (here in the US) was a very safe and happy one! I had the nice opportunity to spend the day with my family here in Wisconsin and my diet officially begins today. Oy! Anyone else with me?

Just wanted to drop in here and write about some of the exciting things brewing over the next several weeks:

1. I have a brand new redesign coming up very shortly. How shortly? Probably not for another 2-3 weeks before I actually launch it. I’m very excited about the redesign - - for those who have been visiting here for any amount of time, I think you’ll find it a HUGE departure than what I’m used to…its very different for me. And different means a LOT of restructuring of how things are done around here, from a back-end perspective. I can’t wait to launch it - but client design projects always come first . . so you’ll usually find me whittling away at my new redesign in the wee small hours of the morning. Much like this morning!
2. Along with the redesign - I’m going to be opening a Support Center here. I’m finding more and more that our Support Center at Blogs About Hosting is a real time saver. Also, it keeps me very organized over there - so since its so successful there.. why not drag some of that organization and efficiency here? I’ll be launching that over the next month, or so - - it should make communications, ordering, and support a heck of a lot easier in the future. I’m all for that!
3. I have several new client site launches to do over the next several weeks.. let’s see.. we have a…
   • ..Cranky Mama launching an awesome blog - importing her current Typepad Blog into a new WordPress blog
   • .. Singing Bird Blog coming soon. Bet’cha didn’t know birds could blog, eh?
   • ..Very cluttered life will be entering the blogosphere shortly
   • ..Winery blog with wine reviews and information upcoming

All of the above blogs will be hosted by our very own Blogs About Hosting - so I’ve been keeping the home fires burning over there, as well.

I will hopefully have some very exciting news to announce towards the middle-to-end of December. It’s not something I can speak of right this very moment.. you know how those confidentiality type deals go, hey? But it is exciting news . . and a new and exciting venture that I will be involved with. At least, I sure hope so - - we’re about 98% sure of it at this point.. but things could change so I don’t want to give details and jinx it by speaking too soon!
