I recently completed the custom design for Coupon Weasel’s WordPress powered blog. This was a fun site to do! Coupon Weasel runs one of those great resource sites where you can find discount coupons and deals for some of your favorite shopping sites around the web. They were looking for something very clean and simple.. a design that conveyed what they do, graphically, with clean and easy space for navigation and content…

Our design features a clean layout in a red, white and grey color scheme, and utilizes a post rating system that allows visitors to their site to rate each coupon/discount they publicly post. I’ve also integrated social bookmarking features that allows CouponWeasel to take advantage of popular social networking, along with search engine optimization of the underlying code of their templates - - all to help search engines find and file their content away in their directories.

Joey, from CouponWeasel, and I went through two different design compositions before he settled on the look and feel he was really going for with this site. I the end he was incredibly pleased with the final product. I know I’ll be popping over there, time and again, to check out what great deals he’s posting about!
