I launched the new redesign of Cam Edwards blog today! This is the third design I’ve completed for Cam and just need to say that I appreciate his return business and always enjoy working with him on his latest ideas and visions for his blog. Cam is a radio talk show host for NRANews.com on Sirius Satellite Radio. I first met him back in 2003 when he was a radio talk show host in Oklahoma City and interviewed me on a site I built back then.. but that’s a story for another day…

The last time we did Cam’s design, we did it in the old-style radio days of the golden years. This time around, Cam wanted something build around the Glasden flag theme. Surely you’re familiar with the saying “Don’t Tread on Me” along with “Give me Liberty or Give me Death”? That was the theme we started working on, and along the way – incorporated an old-style map of Virginia, where Cam currently calls home.

This is the perfect theme for the radio talk show host who just recently hosted the Motor City Madman (a.k.a. Ted Nugent) on his radio show, hey? The color scheme Cam was looking for was to use the yellow of the flag and incorporate it with some gray and black accents — along with giving that “old worn map” feeling to make the whole package. I’m happy to say, we achieved just that.
