Though there were minor complications with the server at my end Lisa was patient. I got Elegant … at a busy time but we had a good back on forth by e-mail and a couple of phone calls about what I needed and thus produced a blog I am very happy with. Now I need to get moving and help the site reach its potential.

She really strives to make the blog design fit the theme of the blog and the personality of the writer. Here’s what you can’t tell by looking at pretty designs: these folks take customer service to a whole new level.

And for those of you who may be lacking in even the most rudimentary understanding of the magic that makes a blog work (like me) this is the place you want to be. Quick and friendly responses to all my questions (and the patience and restraint to stifle what must have been the urge to tell me to go to eBay and buy a clue).
