Blog Design: He Blogs She Blogs ~ Lisa Sabin-Wilson

Together, Laura and Jim, run a blog called He Blogs, She Blogs. This team set up this blog to help individuals and businesses improve their marketing, writing, and blogging skills — so they increase their visibility and prominence in the marketplace. Our designer, Joni, recently completed their new blog design for this site . . .

Laura specifically requested Joni for this project because she fell in love with the work Joni did on The Art of Life. What’s not to love? Laura and Jim felt it was important to have a very clean and user friendly layout and design for their marketing blog and requested warm, contemporary colors and a nice use of photographs and images.

If you load the site, you see that the header design of this blog has a pleasant rotating image that rotates and fades in an out, without refreshing your browser window. Their site also has some great added functionalities like a subscription service for their E-zine, email subscription so readers are notified whenever they update their site, a clean use of static pages to handle their FAQ, Resources and Contact information page as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
