Blog Design: Bryan Morris Photography ~ Lisa Sabin-Wilson

Bryan, from Bryan Morris Photography recently launched his new blog to compliment his already-existing business site. He approached E.Webscapes to provide him with a custom design for his new WordPress blog, and we recently completed the new design and launched it for him. The main concern for this blog design was to accommodate the size of the photographs Bryan wanted to post on his site. . .

Working with his bold color choices of black and yellow, we designed a WordPress theme for him that would accommodate his very large photographs by using a format that places the usual sidebar suspects in a bottom footer/sidebar, to allow Bryan to take full advantage of the full width of the theme to display his beautiful wedding photography. We did run into a few complications with his site when he upgraded to the newest version of WordPress 2.5 - - some of his plugins were not compatible and we are still currently working with him on solutions to those minor issues for his site.

At the end of the design process, Bryan was thrilled:

I love it, I love you, I love the whole world…. This is awesome. Just what I was looking for.I can continue raving but I would just have to stop and have you continue. This is the best thing that happened to me today besides waking up going for a run.
